I have been experimenting with raw vegan food and it was a pleasent surprise: first of all you can make amazing dessert, second you only need a food processor and you won’t need to cook or bake your desserts.
I have been becoming familiar with the ingredients used in raw vegan recipes and I can’t deny I am fascinated by this new way of eating. I love experimenting, so basically I keep throwing all different inredients in a food processor untill I have something tasty to eat and to share with you 🙂

As you may know there is no cooking with raw vegan desserts but I sometimes use dehydrating biscuits, pie shells and other desserts, in order to have the desired consistency and texture. If you don’t have a dehydrator, don’t worry! You can dehydrate your goods in a oven at 130 degrees.
